Single skin large tent
The large Tonsberg for up to 10 people is a single-skin tent. This means that the sleeping cabins do not have to be hooked in separately, but the inner walls between the living area and the two sleeping areas are already firmly attached to the outer tent.
Steep wall construction for more space
Together with the single-skin design and the absolutely waterproof and firmly sewn-in groundsheet of the 260 cm high tent, the steep wall construction with the almost vertical tent walls not only ensures optimum utilisation of space, but also super easy and quick pitching.
Two separate sleeping areas
The two sleeping areas for up to 5 people each are located on opposite sides of the living area for more privacy. The doors to the sleeping areas are made of mosquito net at the top for healthy air circulation, but can be covered to make them opaque if required, as can the half-moon windows made of mesh on the rear walls.
Flexible use of the areas
Smaller families and groups who appreciate plenty of space also like to use one of the two sleeping areas as storage for bikes, luggage and accessories or as a play corner for the children - the Tonsberg 10 Protect offers many flexible uses for the individual areas.
Four well-protected doors
There are two large D-doors at the long front and rear of the tent, which can be rolled up towards the centre and securely fastened. All four entrances consist of double doors, made of weatherproof tent material on the outside and mesh fabric on the inside to protect against insects and let in fresh air and light.
Unique panoramic roof
The absolute highlight of the Skandika Tonsberg is the unique panoramic roof, which extends over the living and sleeping area. Almost the entire roof surface is made of mesh fabric and offers a breathtaking view of the sky. Fresh air, plenty of light and a clear view of the stars at night - the feeling is truly unique.
Perfect for all weather conditions
Thanks to its 4,000 mm water column and robust frame, the Tonsberg is completely wind and weatherproof. A clever roof cover is included and ensures that the panoramic roof is also optimally protected. It can be pulled over the tent in no time at all and securely fastened with hooks and guy ropes.
Clever details for more comfort
There are several organiser pockets in the living area and in the two sleeping areas to keep important small items to hand at all times. Ceiling hooks offer the option of hanging camping lamps in all areas and cable openings in the corners of the sleeping areas provide the necessary power supply for mobile phones, tablets and the like.
Easy to set up and transport
Setting up the huge steep wall tunnel tent is made much easier by the colour-coded poles and when the holiday is over, the robust carry bag makes transporting and dust-free storage of the tent until the next trip child's play.
