Simple operation
The oven is fuelled with wood or charcoal, which is lit on a grate at the bottom of the kettle. The fire damper allows additional briquettes to be added and regulates the air supply, while the removable drip tray ensures quick and easy disposal of the cold ash.

Practical windbreak

Individuelle Verteilung der Hitze
Die Pala Gasplancha hat drei Brenner, die eine hervorragende Hitzeleistung von 7,5 kW bieten (je 2,5 kW/Brenner). Dies ermöglicht nicht nur eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Hitze über die gesamte Fläche der großzügigen Grillplatte, sondern zudem auch die Aufteilung der Platte in unterschiedliche Hitzezonen.
Separat steuerbare Brenner
Die drei Brenner werden einzeln angezündet und ausgeschaltet und individuell über einen eigenen Drehregler gesteuert. In die Drehknöpfen integrierte rote bzw. blaue LEDs zeigen, ob die jeweiligen Brenner ein- oder ausgeschaltet sind. Die Elektrozündung wird per Knopfdruck betätigt – schnell, sicher und bedienerfreundlich.
Gesunde Zubereitung von allerlei Speisen
Die emaillierte Plancha-Platte hat gute Antihafteigenschaften und ist zudem schnell und einfach zu reinigen. Sie ist ideal für das klassische, offene Grillen von Fleisch, Fisch und frischem Gemüse, sowie für Spiegeleier und Pancakes. Überschüssiges Fett fließt während des Grillvorgangs in die praktische Abtropfschale unter der Platte.
Indirektes, gleichmäßiges Garen mit Deckel
Wird der Deckel während des Kochvorgangs geschlossen, baut sich die Hitze unter ihm auf und ermöglicht ein gleichmäßigeres Garen der Speisen. Nicht nur die indirekte Hitze, sondern auch Feuchtigkeit wird erhalten und somit bleiben selbst dickere Fleischstücke stets saftig. Sogar die Zubereitung von Pizza ist dank des Deckels möglich.
Schick und pflegeleicht
Der Skandika Tischgrill hat eine edle, schwarzgepulverte Oberfläche, die nicht nur schick aussieht, sondern auch langlebig und pflegeleicht ist. Nachdem die Plancha abgekühlt ist kann die Grillplatte abgenommen und die Fettabtropfschale herausgenommen werden, damit Fett und Öl entsorgt und alle Teile einfach gereinigt werden können.

Hybrid kochen – immer und überall
Der Hybrid-Campingkocher Rask ist ideal für den Einsatz auf dem Campingplatz beim Zelten, bei Offroadabenteuern mit dem Camper, oder bei Trekkingtouren zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Mit einem Gesamtgewicht von nur 2 kg ist der kompakte Kocher samt Kochgeschirr leicht tragbar und kann im Tragebeutel in oder an einem Rucksack gut transportiert werden.
Hybrid kochen – mit Gasbetrieb
Der passende Schlauch für den Gasbetrieb wird mitgeliefert. Hierfür werden handelsübliche Butangaskartuschen Typ EN 417 benutzt (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Die Kochleistung wird mittels Drehregler über die Gaszufuhr geregelt – bis max. 2400 W. Die Zündung erfolgt schnell und einfach über die benutzerfreundliche Piezozündung.
Hybrid kochen – mit Elektrobetrieb
Der clevere Campingkocher kann zudem auch strombetrieben genutzt werden. Das mitgelieferte Stromkabel kann zu Hause an die Steckdose oder im Outdoorbereich an eine tragbare Powerstation angeschlossen werden für bis zu 700 W Kochleistung. Über den Schieberegler am Kocher lässt sich die Kochleistung bequem einstellen.
Wetterunabhängiger Kochspaß
Der mehrlöchrige Gasbrennkopf des Kochers steht nicht offen, sondern ist leicht in das Gehäuse des Kochers eingelassen und somit gut geschützt. In Kombination mit dem speziellen Sturmkragen, der gleichzeitig als Topfhalter dient, ermöglicht dies die Nutzung mit Gasbetrieb selbst in windigen Verhältnissen.
Passendes Kochgeschirr
Gleich zwei Aluminiumtöpfe und eine Pfanne werden mit dem Kocher geliefert, farblich passend zum Kocher selbst. Der große 1,8 L Topf eignet sich hervorragend für Kartoffeln und Eintöpfe und der 1,1 L Topf für die Zubereitung von Gemüse und Suppen aller Art. Für die Zubereitung von Fleisch und Gebratenem ist die 0,75 L Pfanne ideal.
Hervorragende Kocheigenschaften
Das Kochgeschirr hat eine Antihaftbeschichtung und eine Wandstärke von 2 mm für eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Ein Deckel, der auf beide Töpfe passt, wird ebenfalls mitgeliefert. Der kleine Topf sitzt zudem sicher und passgenau auf dem großen Topf – praktisch, um Speisen über kochendem Wasser schonend zu erwärmen.
Platzsparende, klappbare Elemente
Jedes Teil des Kochgeschirrs hat einen praktischen, hitzeisolierten Griff, der seitlich weggeklappt werden kann, und sogar die Piezozündung ist unter dem Kocher einklappbar. Der Kocher hat zudem drei Füße, die für Stabilität und eine gute Luftzufuhr beim Gasbetrieb sorgen, und ebenfalls unter dem Kocher zugeklappt werden können.
Cleveres Stapelsystem
Dank den klappbaren Elementen ermöglicht das Stapelsystem ein extrem kompaktes Verstauen des Kochers mit dem gesamten Kochgeschirr. Alle Teile können ineinander gestapelt und platzsparend in dem mitgelieferten, leicht gepolsterten Netzbeutel mit Kordelzug aufbewahrt und transportiert werden.

The Dutch Oven is the epitome of freedom and the campfire feeling. Originally favoured by the cowboys and trappers of North America, the "pot" now also enjoys great popularity in our modern world. It enhances every outdoor adventure with delicious dishes, is versatile and easy to use. The Dutch Oven can be used anywhere, whether in the embers of a campfire, in a charcoal grill on briquettes or in the oven at home. Not only classics such as layered meat in a cast iron pot - cinnamon buns, bread or cakes can also be prepared perfectly. Whether for cooking, roasting, braising, grilling, deep-frying, steaming or baking - the pot makes it possible!
The special feature of this special edition is the enamelling of the pot and lid. The resistant protective coating has very good non-stick properties and also protects against rust formation - advantages not only for cooking, but also for maintenance! Unlike the slowly built-up patina of a conventional cast iron pot, the enamel layer is not pre-baked, wiped away or damaged by water. Dishes can also be stored safely in this enamelled pot. After use, the Dutch Oven can even be cleaned in the dishwasher or simply with hot water and a little washing-up liquid.
The feet of this Dutch oven have also been optimised. Thanks to the special shape of the feet, the Dutch Oven is now stable and secure. Even on the grill grate. As with all Skandika Dutch Ovens, we have placed particular emphasis on the material thickness. The pot is extremely thick-walled and therefore has excellent heat storage properties. An even base thickness prevents uneven cooking or burning. If glowing coals or briquettes are also placed on the tight-fitting lid, this results in constant top/bottom heat and food is cooked even more evenly. Speaking of the lid - it has an additional function as an open pan and is therefore equipped with sturdy feet for a secure stand.
An additional clever detail is the recess in the pan and in the edge of the lid, which can be opened or closed depending on the position of the lid. This allows the core temperature of the meat in the pot to be monitored with a thermometer if required. The opening is also practical if there is too much liquid in the cast iron pot, as this can evaporate easily through the hole. The arrow on the top of the lid marks the position of the notch and makes it easier to find the correct setting when closing the lid.

The stoving and care paste from Skandika is perfect for use on uncoated, non-enamelled Skandika Dutch ovens and can also be used on other cast and wrought iron products, such as pans and woks, grill grates and accessories, roasters, etc. The care balm is made exclusively from natural ingredients in Germany. It is odourless and tasteless, food-safe, vegan and gluten-free. The paste penetrates the coarse-pored cast iron when heated during the baking process, vaporising and effectively sealing the cast iron. The paste is applied to the cast-iron cookware after cleaning, and regular use of the paste builds up the patina on cast-iron products. This prevents the formation of rust stains and protects the cookware for a long time. The patina also gives the cookware better non-stick properties and thus reduces the risk of food burning. The care paste is also available as a set together with useful accessories and cleaning items. The set is not suitable for non-stick coated and enamelled products.
