Compatible
Thanks to its adjustable vehicle lock, the Pitea XL UP is compatible with most cars, SUVs, CUVs and minivans and is docked onto the tailgate of the vehicle. Robust tensioning straps ensure that the tent and car are weatherproof and can be attached to the vehicle in just a few simple steps.
Freestanding
Day trips by car and back to camp in the evening? Let's go: the airlock is made of extra robust material and can be closed weatherproof. The tensioning straps can be released in just a few minutes and the awning becomes a fully-fledged stand-alone version.
Spacious
This tent is not called the Pitea XL UP for nothing! The huge 515 x 300 cm surface area not only offers a spacious sleeping cabin for four people, but also a generously proportioned, weather-protected living area, all with a comfortable standing height of 200 cm.
Weatherproof
The Pitea XL UP can easily cope with rain or strong winds! Sturdy fibreglass poles and the outer tent with a water column of 3,000 mm can withstand even the harshest weather conditions, while the included, tub-shaped groundsheet for the living area keeps the inside of the tent nice and dry.
Airy and light
Three entrances in the living area provide plenty of flexibility in terms of light and air. With the four poles supplied, two of the entrances can be converted into a practical sun canopy when shade is required, but can be closed off watertight when the weather doesn't play ball.
Luxury cabin
The luxury cabin is perfectly protected against insects with the mesh entrance and the firmly sewn-in floor, and thanks to the 280 x 215 cm size, nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep for four. The firmly lockable door at the rear of the cabin provides direct access to the airlock to the car.
Practical
