The Lykke rowing machine with water resistance is the ideal exercise bike for an effective workout at home - for beginners and advanced users alike. The rowing workout trains the entire body including legs, arms, torso and back.

Sturdy construction
The smooth running rail with double-slide construction is particularly stable and robust. This allows safe use for people up to 190 cm tall and weighing up to 150 kg.
Adjustable resistance
The water-braked traction system inside the water tank provides a realistic rowing experience on the Lykke. The resistance varies depending on the rowing frequency and how full the tank is. It can be filled with up to 13 litres - the fuller the tank, the higher the resistance.
Training computer
The innovative training computer with large LCD display is easy to use and shows all the important training data, such as number of strokes, strokes per minute, distance, calories, time and time per 500 metres. The integrated receiver for chest straps also enables the heart rate to be displayed.
