This is how mini multi works: The Skandika Multi Gym Poseidon weighs just 17 kg and can be compressed to 95 x 45 x 130 cm (L x W x H) thanks to its folding mechanism! When assembled, the rowing machine measures 190 x 45 x 65 cm. Practical: The front foot has integrated castors for easy lifting and rolling away. The compact Poseidon remains absolutely stable during training, even at high intensity.

Ergonomic
Poseidon stands for ergonomically correct training. Velcro fasteners, with which the feet can be fixed, guarantee smooth movement sequences even at high intensity. The seat adapts well to the buttocks thanks to its resilient and flexible gel-foam combination. The 125 cm long running rail is perfect for exercisers up to 188 cm tall and weighing up to 110 kg.
Gripping
Poseidon comes with a bar handle and two loop handles. This rowing machine gives you the choice of a tight grip and deep pull for the latissimus - or a wide grip and pull towards the chest for the middle back muscles (especially the trapezius). Full speed ahead for arm training too: bicep curls with bar grip for the outer part of the muscle or wide curls with loops for the inner part. The handles are simply attached to the pull ropes with snap hooks.
Maintenance-free
At the heart of the Poseidon is the pull and brake system consisting of three elastic polyfibre ropes. This abrasion-resistant material is guided over two smooth-running spools - a completely maintenance-free system! The choice of polyfibre ropes also determines the resistance. Saddle-proof
Training progress is pre-programmed with the Poseidon. Only one thing stays in place: the seat. The seat is fixed with a steel pin to ensure that exercises are performed safely. For a comfortable training position, the distance to the traction system can be adjusted to the respective arm and leg length using four slots. Due to the compact dimensions of the Poseidon, the recommended maximum height is 188 cm.
Precise positioning
Exercising while standing? No problem with the Poseidon! Two positioning feet on the base of the multi-gym rowing machine guarantee a technically correct stance when performing the exercises. It goes without saying that the positioning feet are positioned in such a way that movements can be performed smoothly while standing, sitting or kneeling. Training in the optimum position: simply put your feet on and get started!
Sweat-inducing
Rowing alone represents a holistic movement sequence for combined strength and endurance training.
