Simple, effective concept
The concept is refreshingly simple and extremely effective. Stretchy bands create resistance against which the muscles have to work. The set contains two different lengths of bands, which can be used either individually or in combination. This enables exercises for all fitness levels and training goals.
Training effects
The wide range of exercises are perfect for specifically increasing muscle strength and endurance and getting the cardiovascular system and metabolism going. However, if a healthy body feeling rather than performance is the goal, the set also offers numerous opportunities to train posture, balance and coordination.
Four resistance bands
The four stretchy resistance bands are covered with red or blue fabric (2 each), which clearly indicates the length of the bands and protects the firm latex core from damage. The bands are quickly and easily attached to the respective fixation devices using the robust snap hooks at both ends.
Clever, 2-part bar
The 108 cm long pole made of powder-coated steel has large eyelets at both ends for attaching the snap hooks. The freely rotating end pieces of the pole prevent the straps from twisting. Three soft-grip zones ensure comfort and a perfect grip, regardless of whether the hands are placed in the centre or further out.
Padded handles
Two handles included in the scope of delivery are practical for alternating one-sided exercises. The handles are each 12 cm wide and have strong webbing and a D-ring for attaching the snap hooks from the straps. The soft-grip surface of the handles increases comfort and safety during use.
Infinitely adjustable ankle cuffs
The two ankle cuffs supplied allow free training with the bar and are essential when performing leg exercises. They are fastened with Velcro and are infinitely adjustable up to a maximum diameter of 13 cm. A soft foam lining prevents the cuffs from rubbing during training.
Combination with Skandika equipment
Followed by the Nemo Compact from around the middle of the year, Nemo III and Nemo IV (in black) have been compatible with the multi-resistance bands since the beginning of 2022. Please check at home whether there is a hook system on the stand! It can also be used together with Skandika vibration plates with the two D-ring straps included in the scope of delivery.
Handy and portable
The multifunctional set scores highly in free use with its handy and portable format. It can be used anywhere - even when travelling in a hotel room. The pole can be easily unscrewed into two parts for transport and the smaller accessories can be stored in the storage bag.
