Foldaway X-3000
The Skandika Foldaway X-3000 has the advantages of an exercise bike, recumbent ergometer and weight station and therefore offers the most versatile training possible. The multifunctional machine improves fitness and flexibility and supports muscle building. Training on the X-3000 not only works the legs and core area, but the unique dual tension band system with power ropes also optimises posture and keeps the arm and shoulder area fit.

Maximum comfort
The ergonomically shaped and comfortably padded saddle can be adjusted to suit your body size and favourite training position thanks to 8 different adjustment levels. The soft, adjustable backrest together with the sweat-repellent cover provide additional comfort.
Whisper quiet
The drive with low-maintenance magnetic brake system is extremely quiet and the 4.5 kg flywheel mass system and the 8 resistance levels, which can be conveniently set using the rotary knob, enable a perfectly customised workout for every fitness level.
Dual tension band system
The two tension band systems with power ropes and 3 resistance levels each offer good training options for the torso, abdomen, legs, bottom, arms and shoulders and contribute to improved posture.
Multifunction computer
All important training parameters are clearly shown on the LCD display: Time, speed, distance, total distance, calories and heart rate. Pulse sensors in the handles transmit the data to the computer in real time.
Tablet holder
To keep boredom at bay during training, the X-3000 has an integrated holder for a tablet or smartphone. This means that nothing stands in the way of streaming series, films or music videos during training.

Safety pedals
The pedals offer additional safety thanks to the non-slip surface and the adjustable foot straps ensure a firm and secure hold for the feet, even during intensive training sessions.
Practically foldable
The X-3000 can be easily folded up using the easy-to-operate folding mechanism and can be moved easily thanks to the transport rollers. When folded, the X-Bike can be stowed away to save space.
