Joint-friendly elliptical trainer
Unlike conventional cross trainers, which support jogging-like movements, the flywheel at the front of the Carbon P23 elliptical trainer enables a flowing and natural movement, similar to Nordic walking. Perfect for effective full-body workouts that are easy on the joints.
Space-saving folding function
The clever folding function of the Carbon P23 reduces the footprint of the device for space-saving storage. Thanks to the gas spring, the glide rail can be folded up effortlessly and the integrated castors allow the machine to be moved in a back-friendly manner. The crosstrainer looks great in any room!
Multifunctional computer
A total of 23 programmes are available, including 12 profile programmes, 4 heart rate-defined programmes, 4 user-defined programmes, a programme for manual input of training targets and for body fat measurement, as well as a watt mode. A heart recovery mode rounds off the range.
Simple monitoring
All relevant training data is shown on the LCD display so that training is easy to keep track of and can be continuously adjusted. The variety of programmes enables effective training sessions for every fitness level, whether beginner or experienced athlete.
Resistance control
The powerful magnetic brake system controls the resistance of the heavy flywheel. In addition to being controlled by the user-defined or pre-installed programmes of the Carbon P23, the resistance can also be controlled manually at any time. 16 resistance levels can be selected via the computer.
Skandika x Kinomap
Train in the most beautiful places in the world with Kinomap. Through the Gold Partnership with Kinomap, Skandika customers receive a code to test the full version of the Kinomap app free of charge for 60 days. Live videos, coaching sessions and virtual training videos take every training session to a new level. A practical holder for tablet or smartphone keeps devices securely in place during training.
Transmission of the heart rate
The fixed hand grips are equipped with pulse sensors so that the heart rate can be conveniently monitored during training. The built-in receiver also enables the heart rate to be transmitted using a Skandika chest strap (optionally available) or another commercially available 5.3 kHz chest strap.
Solid and safe
The solid, tilt-proof Carbon P23 is safe and comfortable to use for athletes weighing up to 135 kg and the pedals on this cross trainer are even suitable for large shoe sizes. The anti-slip profile ensures greater safety. Another practical feature is the cup holder directly above the flywheel.
Workouts regardless of the weather
A workout on a cross trainer or elliptical trainer uses 85% of the body's muscles, which not only increases endurance during regular training sessions, but also helps the body to build muscle.
