Training for the whole body
With the arm bars, the upper body is also included in the workout, enabling a complete full-body workout in which 85% of all muscles are activated. Training on the cross trainer improves balance and coordination, increases fat burning and boosts endurance.

Ergonomic
The Skandika X-Glide mechanism enables particularly fluid movements that are not only very similar to natural walking, but also easy on the joints. The large pedals are non-slip and the sweat-repellent anti-slip handles with soft touch provide a secure grip.
Data transfer
The heart rate sensors integrated in the handles and the chest strap transmit the user's pulse and heart rate to the multifunction computer. This ensures complete monitoring during the workout, whereby the resistance levels can be adjusted as required.
Magnetic braking system
The low-maintenance braking system with innovative magnetic technology is extremely quiet. It regulates the 32 resistance levels and is easily controlled via the computer or automatically by the training programmes.
First-class ball bearings
The flywheel is located at the front and allows particularly fluid and natural movements with optimum power transmission. The integrated ball bearings are closed and require no maintenance. Thanks to them, the Carbon Champ runs quietly and smoothly in the long term.
